GUINNESS CORK JAZZ FESTIVAL

The Gresham Metropole Hotel has been at the heart of the event since its foundation – and has hosted many of the top jazz names and groups. The Cork Jazz Festival has it all. It’s a terrific venue with lots of festival atmosphere. Fans can move from stage to stage, enjoying all kinds of music.

You can enjoy unlimited access to the jazz festival on six stages both day and night at The Guinness Festival Club at the Gresham Metropole Hotel. In the past, Ireland’s largest jazz festival & event has attracted some of the genre’s greatest names including Ella Fitzgerald, Art Blakely and Dizzy Gillespie to name but a few. Every year, sponsored by Guinness, the city of Cork hosts four days of superlative music, incorporating the many jazz styles such as bebop, swing, freeform, dixieland and traditional, with a top line-up of over 1,000 musicians from more than 25 countries entertaining the fans with performances day and night on six separate stages in the city centre.
